Requirement:​

The client faced performance issues with their existing WordPress-based job portal, which facilitates job applications through external links shared on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri. Submitted applications, including resumes, are reviewed on the website, where administrators can approve, reject, and assign applicants to relevant work orders based on their skills. Customers have separate logins to post work orders, track assigned applicants, communicate through comments, and manage work order extensions.

Solution​

To address these challenges, we proposed and are developing a new platform from scratch using Node.js, Angular, and MySQL. This solution ensures better scalability, performance, and flexibility. The new system will streamline applicant tracking, work order assignments, and customer interactions while improving responsiveness and handling higher traffic loads efficiently.
